TechNova Collection System is designed to follow-up on the customer delinquencies insurance claims and legal cases arising due to no payment of loans against delinquencies. Base information on the customer’s loans and related delinquencies is generated by banking systems and uploaded in TCS.

The system is robust and highly parameterized to enable non-banking institutions to use as collection system to follow up on their outstanding and receivables. The system can also be integrated to any ERP system for loading the receivable details for further follow-up and collections
